No one other than the registered persons will be allowed to enter the apartment even for a short time. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and it is also forbidden to organize parties as visible on the ad. The apartment is located in a condominium and therefore between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. it is forbidden to make noise that could bother the neighbors. The final cleaning fee includes a routine cleaning of the rooms and the provision of linens. It is compulsory to sort garbage and leave the kitchen tidy. Where this rule is not adhered to an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-ins are to be arranged; after 10 p.m. there is an extra charge of € 25 until 00 a.m., and € 45 until 2 a.m. We kindly remind you that tourist taxes are not included in the indicated price and must be paid separately.
