Villa Roberti

Villa Roberti is a holiday villa with swimming pool for tourist stays in the hills of the Marche in Monte San Giusto (Macerata).
It can accommodate up to 10 people in two apartments with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The villa for rent has a wonderful panoramic view over the landscape of Marche. It is an historic farmhouse with swimming pool dating back to the 18th century who is located just 45 minutes drive from Ancona International Airport.

The farmhouse is on two levels and consists of two apartments which in the whole include two double bedrooms with private bathroom, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and shared bathroom as well as a panoramic terrace that look at the swimming pool and the garden.

There are two equipped kitchens, one of which offers a very large open space for cooking and dining, making it the perfect accommodation for family or friends who wish to enjoy a shared vacation in Italy.

The large swimming pool (10 x 5) offers uninterrupted views over the hills. An old barn next to a beautiful water well has been converted into a pergola with an outdoor dining area and lounge area with sound system.

A former shed now houses a grill and a wood oven to enjoy delicious barbecue dishes and homemade pizza.

Villa Roberti offers everything for a fantastic holiday in the Marche: air conditioning, home cinema, satellite TV, fitness room and even a good restaurant just a few minutes from the house. In addition, many additional services are possible on request, such as a private chef from a wine tasting.

Villa Roberti is located in front of the village of Monte San Giusto with a spectacular 360 degree panoramic view. The villa for rent is surrounded by the lush vineyards of Tenuta Santori, the countryside and the splendid coast of the Adriatic Riviera.

To visit: the Collegiate Church, in neoclassical style, which preserves a
Callido organ of the eighteenth century and the suburban Church of Santa Maria delle Panette
in Vanvitellian style. Very interesting is the "A. Maggiore Collection - Drawings from
'500 to' 700 ", preserved in the town hall. It collects precious drawings
ancient belonged to the collection of Count Alessandro Maggiore of the noble
Major Colonna family. Among the works in the collection stand out drawings by
famous artists such as Raphael, Giorgio Vasari, Cavalier d'Arpino, Guercino,
Domenichino and Giovanni Battista Salvi.

Other sites of interest are: the Church of Sant'Agostino, now closed to worship and current
seat of an Auditorium; the Palazzo dei Priori, built between 1763 and 1770 on the
previous medieval priory palace; the Torrione, two Doors (Porta de
Moscé and Porta della Sala), a monument to the fallen of all the wars of 1955,
made by the sculptor Cantalamessa; Casina Bonafede, about 3 km from the center
urban, built by Nicolò Bonafede as a place of rest and refuge
fortified.

The most important events that take place in Monte San Giusto in the course
of the year are: the Fiera di San Giusto, patron saint of the city (first week of
September) and Clown & Clown Festival, an international clowning festival and
clown therapy (last week of September).
