Trullo for rent of new construction, born from the experience of the trullari masters of the Valle d'Itria. It consists of a living area and a sleeping area in two parts of the building surrounded by rich vegetation and lawn.
The living area, of 70 square meters with vaulted ceilings and barrel vaults and polished local stone flooring, consists of a large living room, divided into a dining area and kitchen island and living room with sofas and glass windows, overlooking the garden and the pool.
The kitchen is complete with a hob with gas stove, a sink with a counter top, a microwave and an electric oven, an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Connected to the kitchen is the pantry room with refrigerator complete with freezer. The kitchen is complete with dishes, plates and glasses.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with chairs for eight guests; the living room is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs and an entertainment area with TV and Hi-Fi stereo.
At the ends of the living area there is a veranda with outdoor kitchen and barbecue (36sqm) and a gazebo (20sqm) connecting the sleeping area, furnished with comfortable seats equipped for outdoor dining.
Access to the Trulli night area is through a welcoming and wide entrance that connects the two bedrooms and the master suite.
The master suite, with double access also from the outside, is furnished with two twin single beds with joinable wrought iron structure and two bedside tables, a bench at the foot of the bed, a desk and two armchairs in front of the fireplace covered in aged iron.
Communicating with the master suite, there is a bathroom with WC, bidet, sink and in a separate room a large shower cabin communicating with the wardrobe.
From the entrance, you enter the two bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be joined together) that share a bathroom with a shower cabin, WC, bidet and sink. Both bedrooms are furnished with walk-in closets and bedside tables.
A Trullo separated from the main building houses a bedroom with bathroom, furnished with two single beds, joinable and two bedside tables. The bathroom is complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower cabin.

OUTDOORS
The Trulli can be reached through a beautiful unpaved road, lined with dry stone walls, olive trees and oaks. Three hundred meters from the entrance gate you reach the parking lot, from which a pedestrian entrance with steps leads to the veranda of the property.
A valuable Trullo for rent which, thanks to its elevated position, dominates the entire valley, thus offering a unique view of the Itria Valley countryside. The entire property is completely fenced and is surrounded by oak and olive trees. Inside the garden, a lawn runs along the Trullo and the pool for the exclusive and private use of the guests.
Several shading areas are naturally added to the outdoor veranda, equipped with a dining table and wall chairs, and a gazebo between the living area and the sleeping area, where there is a laundry room and an additional shower.
Also available to guests, there are two vegetable gardens cultivated with vegetables and aromatic herbs, perfect for planning lunches and / or dinners with chef at home during your stay.
