The guest who will rent the villa will benefit from the strategic location of this villa, immersed in the countryside just a few kilometres from the sea and the historic centre of Ostuni.

The villa for rent consists of the central body with a living room/kitchen with two double bedrooms on the sides with the two private bathrooms connected and the Trullo suite with the two bedrooms with single beds and connected bathrooms. As a whole, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The entrance opens into the living room with an induction kitchenette, dining table for 6, corner sofa with an open fireplace and access to the outdoor kitchen on the covered veranda at the back. The outdoor kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a sink, a gas hob with five burners and a dining table for ten guests.

By accessing the sleeping area, the first bedroom, with access from the outside, consists of a double bed (160x190cm) with two bedside tables with lights on the sides. The shades of brown and green prevail and

The bathroom associated with this room has a toilet, bidet, a particular sink that recalls the typical basin and a shower with green rhombus decorations. The room overlooks a small covered patio with comfortable seating overlooking the pool. There is air conditioning in the bedroom.

The second bedroom is two single beds (90x190cm). Shades of brown and blue prevail.

This room has a private ensuite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, also in the shape of a basin with Mediterranean decorations, with a mirror and a large shower. The latter is decorated inside with brown rhombus decoration.

The room overlooks a small courtyard in which there is an external bathroom complete with a shower, sink and toilet. There is air conditioning in the bedroom.

Outside there is the annexe with Trullo and the Lamia and two bedrooms with two single beds. The bedroom in the Trullo also has a bathroom complete with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The room is air-conditioned, so it ensures the environment even during the hot summer days.
