All the rooms are air-conditioned. The swimming pool is an 18x6 m infinity pool in salt water, with a hydromassage corner and chromotherapy.
Outside, in addition to the pool, there are large verandas, a barbecue area, a wood-burning oven and a vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables, perfect for enjoying the fruits of the wonderful Salento region. The living and dining area is open plan in style, creating a social place for everyone to relax. The high-vaulted ceilings give an additional feeling of space. The room is furnished with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs.
The adjacent kitchen is well equipped for your holiday meals. A door opens out to a covered terrace at the side of the villa with an outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. You'll also find the brick BBQ and pizza oven with a sink and plenty of preparation space, great for cooking up a feast.
The separate utility room can only be accessed externally.
The casale has 5 spacious bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. There is 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and access to a separate shower room.

You'll also find a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room. This double bedroom can either be accessed externally or via a second twin bedroom, which has a door leading out to the pool area. There is also a third double bedroom and a separate shower
