Villa Alfa

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 4 pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.

Cleaning will take place as follows:
- for stays of at least 7 nights: cleaning twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) 4 hours for 1 person in charge
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights): cleaning twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday + Saturday) 4 hours for 1 person in charge

Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.

Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings
It is possible to choose between two options:
1) Purchase a non-refundable insurance coverage policy for a total of € 198.00 with damage coverage up to € 5,000.00;
or
2) Pay € 15.00 per person as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 200.00 and in addition issue a pre-authorization on credit card upon arrival of € 2,500.00 as a refundable security deposit to cover damages over € 200.00. The refundable security deposit will be returned from 2 working days after check out once the condition of the property and its furnishings has been checked.

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 30% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (30% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Includes:
Linen (bath towels, pool towels and bed sheets) 1 set per person per week;
Cleaning twice a week 4 hours per 1 housekeeper on tue 4h e thurs 4h (+ sat 4h if 2 weeks)

Extra to be paid on the spot:
Tourist tax from June 1st to September 30th € 5 a day, per max 10 nights, over 18 years old;
For the heated pool an extra payment for electricity consumption of € 0.33 kwh is required, on meter reading.
