A second veranda, located in front of the kitchen, is equipped with dining area and a practical masonry barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious grills in company. The spacious living room, bright and elegantly furnished, houses a seating area and a dining area, creating a cozy and refined.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including dishwasher, oven and microwave, ensuring maximum convenience for preparing meals.

In the sleeping area, you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A shared bathroom with shower completes this area, ensuring space and comfort for all guests.

A lovely annex adds additional flexibility, housing a double bedroom and a single bed, with a bathroom with shower.

The villa offers maximum privacy and security thanks to the exclusive services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura. Access to the park is limited to residents and accredited guests only, ensuring a peaceful and safe environment. The 24-hour surveillance helps maintain the serenity of the location, allowing guests to fully enjoy their holiday in an atmosphere of relaxation and luxury.
