The property is a charming residential complex consisting of two independent villas and an exclusive swimming pool, located in a 24-hour supervised area. Access to the complex is allowed only to residents or tenants, through a dedicated reception.

The residence extends along 3 km of coastline, offering guests exclusive access to beautiful coves of white sand and crystal clear sea. The villas, set in a plot of 1000 m² just 30 meters from the beach, are characterized by a bulb-shaped pool filled with sea water, extended for 100 m². The garden is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, armchairs and wicker sofas, ideal for admiring the beautiful sunsets over the sea.

The largest villa offers a large living room with sea view, ornamental fireplace, a lounge with sofas and a satellite TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with every comfort. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, as well as two double or twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom and shower. The basement houses a room with private entrance and two single beds (on request joined in a double), another room with two single beds (on request joined in a double) and TV with PS4, a gym, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room with washing machine, sink and ironing board.

The smaller villa has a large living room with sea view, fireplace, a lounge with sofas and a satellite TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with every comfort.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with blue bathroom and a double bedroom with red bathroom. The basement includes a windowless staff room with bathroom (available on request only) and a laundry room with washing machine.
