This residence occupies a privileged position, overlooking the water, with the sea taking on the role of undisputed protagonist. The structure unfolds horseshoe around a large panoramic terrace, enriched by a scenic infinity pool, a refined dining area and spaces dedicated to total outdoor relaxation.

The villa, which underwent a complete renovation in 2021, is located just 300 meters from the majestic beach of Lu Culumbu and 800 meters from the romantic Bay of Love. The center of Portobello, with its clubhouse and all services, is easily reached on foot.

Crossing the threshold of the house, we welcome a large living room, bright and overlooking the sea, elegantly furnished and equipped with a traditional working fireplace. A retractable sliding door separates the living room from the kitchen, which is equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave and various appliances, as well as a spacious and functional pantry. Behind the kitchen extends the outdoor area, complete with sink and worktop.

The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with private entrance, sea view, working fireplace, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a double bedroom with sea view and a bedroom with three single beds in masonry that share a bathroom, also equipped with shower. The last room can be configured as either double or twin beds, offers a breathtaking view of the sea and has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Access to the basement is via external stairs, located in the rear area behind the kitchen, where there is also the second service entrance. In the basement there is a small cellar, laundry area with washing machine and water cisterns area.

Maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura, with access allowed only to residents or accredited guests. Peace of mind and confidentiality are further protected by a 24-hour surveillance service.

The kitchen, separated by a retractable sliding door, is complete with modern equipment and has a spacious pantry. The sleeping area includes double rooms with sea view, walk-in closet and ensuite bathrooms, while a twin bedroom shares a bathroom. The basement, accessible by external stairs, houses a cellar, laundry area and water cisterns.

Privacy is maximum thanks to the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura, with limited access to residents and accredited guests. Security is further guaranteed by a 24-hour surveillance service, helping to preserve the tranquility and confidentiality of the property.
