The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms:

-Two double bedrooms;
-Two rooms with two single beds.

All bedrooms enjoy direct access to the veranda, and the main rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and also offers direct access to the veranda, thus facilitating the preparation of meals to be enjoyed outdoors.

The property ensures maximum privacy and security thanks to the services offered by the residential park of Portobello di Gallura. Access to the park is allowed only to residents or authorized guests, ensuring tranquility and confidentiality. Security is further protected by a 24-hour supervisory service. Living in this villa is a unique experience, immersed in the scenic beauty and surrounded by an atmosphere of exclusivity and tranquility.
