The villa is self-sufficient in terms of energy, thanks to photovoltaic panels and high-efficiency fixtures. Every architectural detail is designed with quality materials: veined marble, solid wood paneling, microcement finishes.

The 14x5 meter heated infinity pool, with counter-current swimming, offers relaxation and well-being even in the cooler months, and next to the pool, a sunbathing area with outdoor shower offers moments of pure pleasure with a view of the sea.
