La Villa est située dans le hameau de Fabbrica, un village qui a été construit à l'époque médiévale par les familles nobles du Grand-Duché de Toscane et qui, malgré le fait que de nombreux siècles se sont écoulés, n'a subi aucun changement qui a déformé ses caractéristiques . La villa, construite vers 1800 dans un style Art Nouveau, surplombe un magnifique paysage de vignes, d'oliviers et de collines qui entourent la ville de Volterra.
