OVERVIEW Villa Tiana is situated in the heart of Chianti. It is a small village by the incomparable beauty of the hilly countryside, but is also near the characteristic town of Radda. From the Villa it is easy to reach the art cities of Florence and Siena , as well as medieval villages, castles, churches, “badies” and monasteries, all of which make for a fantastic itinerary in an area dominated by vineyards and wineries, olive groves and woods. All this makes Chianti absolutely unique. The main attraction of the villa is it‟s medieval tower. The inside of the tower has been reconstructed and set up as a wine bar where the guests can relax with a drink whilst enjoying the magnificent countryside. The villa has a splendid heated pool with a gazebo from which you can enjoy the view and relax. The owners of the villa produce very good wine and offer the possibility of wine-tasting and visits to the winery. In the garden of the villa there is also a playground for children and a shady patio perfect for breakfast and meals in the open air. Amongst the other services offered by the villa is a wellequipped gymn and a wellness area with hydromassage and sauna where you can relax and spoil yourself.

La maison que nous proposons, située dans une position panoramique, est divisée en deux appartements communiquant l'un avec l'autre de l'extérieur. Grande maison de campagne accueillante pour les enfants, confortable "Villa Elsina", du 18ème siècle, rénovée en 2004, environnée par les arbres et champs. À 14 km du centre de San Gimignano, à 35 km du centre de Siena, à 48 km du centre de Firenze, dans l'arrondissement Casaglia, situation isolée, tranquille, ensoleillée sur une colline, dans la verdure. A usage privé: terrain 1'200 m2, parc 150 m2, jardin 200 m2, piscine (12 x 6 m, profondeur 140 - 200 cm, disponibilité saisonnière: 27.Avr. - 26.Oct.). Douche extérieure, meubles de jardin, barbecue, entretien de la piscine par le propriétaire/jardinier.
