Villa Apeliote is an elegant sea-view Villa for rent with a private pool for guests use nestled in the heart of Alto Salento, with 4 hectares of centuries-old olive trees that star in the evocative and ethereal scenery of the Apulian countryside.
After access through the electric gate, the entrance to the sea view Villa for rent is surrounded by a fence creating a wonderful intimate courtyard with covered patio and several fruit trees.
The entrance opens into the living room with kitchen and a hallway leading to the sleeping area, consisting of a sofa for 4 people.The dining room includes a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 diners with a large window overlooking the garden with pool and from a door from which you can access the outside. The kitchen consists of the induction hob, a sink with countertop, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Lavazza a modo mio coffee machine.
The kitchen is complete with dishes, plates and glasses.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a small room intended for storage of miscellaneous items and products that you want to keep in store and for the washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with double rooms complete with closets and bedside tables including two en-suite bathrooms while the third bathroom is located outside the room.
Villa Apeliote has large outdoor spaces that guests can appreciate the magical atmosphere with views of the plain of centuries-old olive trees, typical of the Apulian countryside that frame the crystal-clear waters.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Apeliote. The property is new -- modern and well designed villa, set amongst lovely landscaped gardens. The small, well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home; as well as a great outdoor barbecue space. The pool is a fantastic size too.
Maria is a lovely owner; and Anastasia from Raro Villas was extremely helpful throughout our stay, with clear communications and extremely responsive. We had a minor issue with one air conditioning unit during our stay -- Maria had engineers having it resolved within 45 minutes!
The whole property feels lovely and private, but extremely convenient (only 5-10min drive into Corovigno; or 15-20mins into Ostuni).

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa la settimana di ferragosto, siamo stati veramente bene.
La proprietaria ha pensato a tutto, la casa è dotata di tutti comfort, perfetta per trascorrere del tempo in completo relax.
Anche la posizione molto comoda, riservata ma facilmente si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse nelle vicinanze.
I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi e molto cordiali, ci avrebbe reso felici prolungare la vacanza

This has been by far one of our best Villa experiences in Puglia.
The Villa has high-quality finishings and tasteful touches everywhere.
The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed.
A great base to chill or to come back to after exploring excursions.
The Owner has pride in the area, in the Villa and was available and responsive for anything we needed.

We highly recommend staying here! It was great value for money, had a spectacular outdoor area and the house felt new and clean. There was even a vegetable and herb garden plus a wood fired bbq. The kitchen also had everything we needed like olive oil, spices, pots/pans etc. Each bedroom had a bathroom and air conditioning. Maria and Pasquale were always available when we had questions or needed to change the checkout time. The location felt remote and in amongst the olive trees but it was still an easy drive from Carovigno (less than 10 mins) and Ostuni.

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a great family holiday. Inside and outside the villa is immaculately presented and Maria and Anastasia were wonderful and on hand whenever we needed them. A perfect base for exploring Apulia!

Eine herrliche Unterkunft – wir vergeben 5 Sterne
Wir haben die Villa Apeliote bei Carovigno in Apulien vom 3. bis 17. September 2023 zu viert für zwei Wochen bewohnt und es war ein unvergesslicher und perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist wunderschön und in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand und jeden Euro wert. Die Kontaktpersonen Anastasia und Maria haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sie waren auch während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit.
Alle Räume (3 Schlafräume, 3 Bäder, ein offener Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich und ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine) entsprechen genau den Abbildungen der Fotos. Alles ist sehr neu und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Auch die Ausstattung ist perfekt, man findet alles, was man benötigt, und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool ist fantastisch und wunderschön angelegt. Es gibt eine Außendusche, einen Außengrill, genügend Sonnenliegen und einen großen Tisch mit sechs Stühlen.
Außerdem vorhanden ist ein tragbarer Lautsprecher, über den man seine auf dem Handy gespeicherte Musik über Bluetooth abspielen kann. Ein W-LAN-Zugang war außerdem auch jederzeit vorhanden.
Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick über den Olivenhain bis zum Meer. Und die Stille an diesem Ort ist wunderbar.
Nach Carovigno sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 bis 7 Minuten zu fahren. Dort findet man alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf und auch darüber hinaus benötigt. Wenn man gerne am Meer essen gehen möchte, dann fährt man nach Torre Santa Sabina, ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Wer seinen Urlaub in etwas Abgeschiedenheit verbringen möchte, aber dennoch schnell zu nahen Ausflugszielen wie Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Bari und Brindisi gelangen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Villa ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Sie werden es nicht bereuen.Zou u deze woning aanbevelen aan een vriend? Ja
