Villa Le Cementine is a prestigious villa for rent in Sardinia that can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The villa is completed by a living room, a double kitchen.

The entrance of Villa Le Cementine opens into the living area, consisting of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. The living area continues with a second living room as large as the first and a second fully equipped kitchen.

The two living rooms have comfortable sofas, poufs, armchairs, coffee tables and all the furnishings to make these rooms cosy and comfortable for your moments of relaxation, as well as different styles to suit all tastes. They are illuminated by the large French windows overlooking the villa's two verandas, a smaller window and a skylight.

The two kitchens, both complete, are equipped with electric oven, microwave, sink, hob, kettle, toaster, 2 fridges, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The living area leads to the 5 bedrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and a door/window with access to the garden. The unique style of the rooms will bring tranquillity to your stay. In addition, all rooms feature different decorated stoneware tiles on the floor and elsewhere.

The rooms are all very bright and have air conditioning, a small desk useful as a base, a television, a pouf, an armchair, a French window overlooking the garden and some also have a small loft.

Three of the bedrooms have double beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth has a double bed and a bathroom with shower outside the bedroom that also serves the living area. The fifth bedroom is a twin with 2 French beds, with a separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

All bathrooms are equipped with amenities such as shampoo, linen, hair dryer.
You will also find the villa equipped with a washing machine, beach towels, private parking, iron and ironing board.


EXTERIOR

The living room, having the main entrance, opens onto a veranda furnished with a comfortable outdoor sitting area, overlooking the villa's manicured garden, and a dining area for eating outside and al fresco.

The second living room also has a French door leading to the rear of the villa which has a long veranda, so as to give some shade to the rooms as well, and a second dining area positioned under an oak tree which gives plenty of coolness to those eating.

Villa Le Cementine is surrounded by a well-kept garden furnished with several relaxation areas and this will allow you to live a dream holiday.
You will also have the opportunity to relax or sunbathe on the sun loungers by the pool, or take a swim in the pool. And, if you prefer, you can request the heated pool for a night-time swim.

The villa is located in a strategic area because it is in the countryside but a few steps from the sea.
