Located in a renowned residential area of only villas, entirely surrounded by nature, the house guarantees maximum privacy and is designed to enjoy moments of relax and fun day and night.
Its big open spaces with solarium, dining area with barbecue and fenced dogs area for exclusive use are developed in a large garden full of vegetation from different parts of the world.
The interior spaces, on three floors, are equipped with every comfort. With four bedrooms, each with its own independent bathroom, a kitchen, two lounges, a tavern with a bar counter and a billiard room, the villa accommodates 10 people comfortably.
The facilities available to guests include: unlimited wifi, 2 flat screen TV, washing machine, kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave, shower with jacuzzi, two fireplaces, pizza oven, independent heating, iron and ironing board , children's crib, dog bed and bowls, high chair and up to 3 reserved parking spaces.
