La villa à louer se trouve dans les campagnes de Carovigno à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville et de la mer. Villa Casa di Veronica s'étend sur deux niveaux et est composée au rez-de-chaussée par le grand séjour, la cuisine avec terrasse et zone barbecue et deux chambres à coucher partageant une salle de bain complète, tandis qu'au rez-de-chaussée inférieur se trouvent quatre chambres doubles avec salle de bain privée. À l'extérieur se trouvent un parking privé pour voitures et la longue piscine avec vue mer.
Villa Casa di Veronica, proposée par Raro Villas, est une villa moderne à louer avec vue mer pour des vacances en Pouille, avec climatisation, ventilateurs de plafond et chauffage (le chauffage n'est pas inclus dans le prix de location).

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.
- The short rental of the villa doesn't give the right to organize events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 24 of the Terms and Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, halfway through the stay partial cleaning with rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Extra cleaning on request:
- extra cleaning: €20 per hour and per cleaner
- extra bed linen: €10 per room (sheets + pillowcases)
- extra bathroom linen: €7 per room (2 face towels, 2 bidet towels and 2 bath towels)
- swimming pool towels: €3.50 per piece
- Complete kit of bedroom and bathroom linen: €33

Wir hatten als Gruppe von 12 Personen - Familie - eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa Veronica. Die Casa Veronica ist ein einzigartig schönes Objekt mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und einer tollen Lage in der Nähe des Meeres und der Gemeinde Carovigno. Es gab in der Mietzeit nur ein Problem - zeitlich zwischen 18:00 und 19:30 Uhr mit der Stromversorgung und somit der Wasserverfügbarkeit. Was aus unserer Sicht noch fehlt ist eine Verschattungslösung für die Poolanlage und neuere Sonnenliegen (die bestehenden wurden von uns leider schon defekt vorgefunden). Alles in allem können wir dieses Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen und danken Federica von Raro Villas für ihre sehr freundliche und kompetente Unterstützung und den reibungslosen Ablauf von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe.

The villa was beautiful and we had an amazing stay there, it was exactly as the photos shows, immaculate, comfortable large beds, so well equipped kitchen, stunning panoramic views across the sea. It is set in a quiet area, close to Carovigno and Ostuni and not far from the beaches, we spent the days around the gorgeous long swimming pool and evenings on the terrace over looking the sea. We highly recommend Raros villa and definitely will be returning.

Un posto bellissimo, centrale in Puglia e soprattutto una bella vista sul mare. Siamo stati i primi inquilini, era stato appena ristrutturato. Sembra pulito, non molto attraente in arredamento e perché è un po' spoglia, l'acustica non sono molto buone nella grande stanza. Si può soggiornare qui idealmente con due famiglie, si ha la privacy. Caffettiera è troppo piccola per un gruppo di persone e richiede molto tempo. In una villa del genere ci si aspetta una macchina Nespresso o caffè. Ma questo è un dettaglio. Inoltre, un manager molto cordiale, niente è troppo ed è molto disposto! Ha buoni consigli per ristoranti, panetteria e negozi. Facilmente accessibile da app e non era un problema per arrivare o check-out un po' più tardi. Tutto sommato molto soddisfatto, pochi piccoli dettagli sulla villa ma si può godere di una meravigliosa vacanza qui. Ciò che è un punto di attenzione è che non si dispone di abbastanza buoni lettini a bordo piscina in una villa di lusso. Ci sono alcuni lettini pieghevoli, ma che è livello campeggio. Che dovrebbe essere davvero meglio per questo denaro e livello, e certamente perché si può andare alla villa con tante persone, ci dovrebbe essere più lettini intorno alla piscina. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le attrazioni della Puglia.
