Conditions du logement
Access to the rooms is granted after correctly completing the online check-in with Vikey.
There is no reception, so it is necessary to arrange the check-in time. Late check-in has an extra cost from €35.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every three nights.
- Bathroom linen per person: 1x face sponge, 1x bidet sponge, 1x shower sponge.
- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00
