Villa Monamu by Raro Villas is a stunning, newly constructed villa available for rent, designed with meticulous attention to detail in order to honor the traditional architecture while seamlessly blending into the natural surroundings.

This charming "Masseria" style villa is spread across a single ground floor, featuring the hallmark vaulted ceilings and a contemporary fireplace. To ensure year-round comfort, the villa offers the option of underfloor heating (available upon request at an additional cost) and air conditioning.

Comprising the main structure and three separate rooms with external and independent access, Villa Monamu exudes a warm, bohemian, and rustic ambiance. Every bed and mattress in the villa is of superior quality, and each room is thoughtfully spacious.

The main house includes a welcoming living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen featuring a large SMEG gas stove, spacious refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, and a guest toilet/laundry room. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom featuring a generously sized shower and double sink, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub.

The annex comprises three more bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, elegantly arranged around a central courtyard. All rooms offer direct access to the garden and the courtyard through expansive French doors. Furthermore, of these bedrooms can be interconnected via interior doors, making them an ideal choice for families with children. Access to the main house is through the outdoor courtyard.

Externally, the Masseria sits on a substantial plot adorned with olive trees, a lemon grove, and an orange grove. A spacious lawn surrounds the swimming pool, and shaded outdoor seating is available for al fresco dining around an exquisite tiled ceramic table.
