Villa Portobello Lux

The luxurious villa, located just 150 meters from the sea and the sandy beach, offers a generous living space of 300 square meters on a plot of about 1500 square meters. Distributed on three levels, the villa is designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation.

The first level welcomes guests with a spectacular freshwater pool measuring 4 x 15 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. The surrounding area is elegantly furnished with 6 beds, 6 deckchairs and 2 sofas under a canopy. A cozy patio offers a dining and relaxation space with sofas, as well as a comfortable barbecue area. A large terrace with sea view is equipped with armchairs and a table with chairs, creating the ideal place to enjoy the view.

The main level houses a large open plan living room, which includes a TV area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, a suite with a double bed, a single bed, sea view and a large bathroom with bath and shower completes the first floor, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay experience.

The second level has an area dedicated to staff, with a double or twin bedroom, equipped with bathroom with shower en-suite. In addition, there is a laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.

The third level includes two outbuildings:

The first outbuilding offers a double or twin bedroom and bathroom with en-suite shower, along with another double or twin bedroom and bathroom with en-suite shower.
The second outbuilding includes a double or twin bedroom and bathroom with XL shower en-suite, plus two double or twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shared shower.
Access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests, ensuring an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. Security is further protected by a 24-hour security service, offering guests an exclusive and serene stay experience.

Villa Portobello is a villa for rent for exclusive stays and holidays in the residential park of Porto Gallura, a seaside resort in the west of northern Sardinia.

A unique destination of its kind, famous for the exclusive luxury villas of the homonymous private park. With a long stretch of coast of 30 km, you can experience the splendid sandy beaches and clear sea with a suggestive Corsican backdrop.

The villa is protected by lush vegetation and is placed in a dominant position to enjoy the sea view from every corner of the house.

Outside, the exposed stone walls and large panoramic windows prevail. The pool area is enriched by teak wood alternating with micro concrete and lawn.

The villa is spread over about 3000 square meters indoors, this allows you to spend your holiday in large spaces both in the living area and in the sleeping area.

The entrance opens into a large open living room with large panoramic windows, two sofas and a large dining table that can accommodate up to 6 diners.

On the side, you will find the kitchen complete with a gas hob, large fridge with freezer and sink. At your disposal, there will also be an espresso coffee machine (with capsules), an electric oven and a breakfast console.

From the kitchen, it is easily accessible on one side the small terrace with stone seats and on the other the covered veranda equipped with the dining table and wooden seats for the total capacity of the villa.

The sleeping area of ​​Villa Portobello Lux consists of 7 rooms, of which six of them open onto the common terrace with a sea view. Specifically, there are three bedrooms with double beds and private en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and one en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each that share a bathroom.

All six bedrooms open onto the common terrace overlooking the sea. For larger parties, an additional bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom is available.
