OVERVIEW Villa Lucci is a special villa for rent in Tuscany, Italy, with a beautiful heated pool and a stunning panoramic view: what our guests love most is our garden, as well as the veranda area, overlooking the valley and facing the old medieval village of Montecatini Alto. It is a perfect villa for a family, or for more families of friends who love to gather together : specially in the Alfresco area, when the sun sets, or when the sun rises, steps away from the kitchen (where they may have hired a private chef from us!), with chairs and pillows for everybody, feeling the atmosphere and the joy of being together. It is a perfect villa for a family, or for more families of friends who love to gather together : specially in the Alfresco area, when the sun sets, or when the sun rises, steps away from the kitchen (where they may have hired a private chef from us!), with chairs and pillows for everybody, feeling the atmosphere and the joy of being together. We call it our “alfresco” dining area, and it is a patio that can sit up to 12 people. The table is made of stone, and there is a BBQ, including armchairs and tables to chill out. It is the perfect location for summer breakfasts, for panoramic aperitives or for family dinners. Swimming Pool Our Swimming pool has been completely restored in 2020, and now features a modern heating system, available for our guests throughout the year. Its length is over 200 squared meters, 1.50mt tall at max, fully gated and safe for kids. Plenty of armchairs, chaise-longues and chairs are available at the pool level, including umbrellas. There are two changing rooms, three bathrooms and two showers in the service area, plus a small self catering bar with a fridge and ice maker for your refreshments. Table Tennis, barbecue and a huge tent to spend your day at the pool, with a full strength wifi signal in the whole area, free for our guests. There is no better place to work from holidays, to check your emails or businesses than doing it from such a pool! Park & Premises Upon the entrance a white road leads in front of the villa, where a parking lot is divided into the two sides of the entrance. More than 10 cars can easily park in rows up here, and more parking is available in the villa’s premises. The villa is sorrounded by a green park, with olive groves and green grass: like all the Tuscan hills you can walk around, watching your steps between the trees roots. Immersed in the Tuscan hills with olive trees, it offers a space for true relaxation just a short distance from the town of Montecatini Alto, and a few kilometers from the main places to visit in the area: Lucca, Florence, Pistoia, Siena, Vinci, Leonardo's land, and Collodi , land of Pinocchio. ACCOMODATION Alfresco is a six bedroom panoramic Villa, with over 400sq meters of internal areas available for our guests, rented in an exclusive use formula only. The property is fenced and gated, and the access road is a white road among the hills, designed by two rows of maritime pines, welcoming our guest into our parking and fountains promenade. Alfresco is developed on three levels: the entrance level, with a living area and some service spaces, and a bedroom area, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with private windows or covered terraces and patios. The First level, bedroom area, with three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private thub in its ensuite bathroom; The Entrance level, with a living space with fireplace, and three bedrooms, two of them sharing a private bathroom and one suite with private patio and entrance, and a double kingsize bed, ensuite. The ground level with our big & new kitchen, a living and game area, three bathrooms and a huge panoramic 150squared meters veranda, with tables and chairs, sorrounded by trees and lemon trees, directly accessible from the Alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley.

Grande casa colonica risalente alla seconda metà del 18° secolo. La casa si trova all’interno di un antico complesso rurale costituito da due abitazioni posizionate vicine pur mantenendo una certa indipendenza fra di loro. La proprietà si trova in posizione tranquilla con vista magnifica al centro di un terreno di 7 ettari con bosco e olivi, sulle ultime pendici occidentali del Monte Albano, a ca. 250 m. sul livello del mare. La villa è stata completamente ristrutturata con grande gusto e cura, nel rispetto dell’architettura di origine e dei vecchi materiali come il cotto, la pietra, le travi in vista ed è stata trasformata in una bella e particolarmente confortevole casa di campagna. Gli interni sono stati curati nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento è costituito esclusivamente da mobili e oggetti di antiquariato, porte d’epoca, stampe antiche, tappeti persiani. La villa dispone inoltre di due cucine e varie zone giorno che garantiscono agli ospiti indipendenza e privacy. Attorno alla casa si trova un bel giardino molto curato di 2000 m2 con una splendida piscina privata a sfioro situata in posizione panoramica tra piante di olivo. La posizione geografica è centrale tra Firenze, Pisa e la zona costiera della Versilia, rinomata per le sue belle spiagge e famosi locali. Distanze: Monsummano Terme con negozi vari a 4 km, Montecatini Terme a 7 km, Golf (6 campi da 18 buche) a 10 km, Lucca a 38 km, Pisa (aeroporto), Firenze e la Versilia (spiagge) a 65 km, San Gimignano a 70 km, Greve in Chianti a 80 km, Siena a 120 km, Roma (aeroporto) a 350 km. Large and beautiful farmhouse dating back to the second half of the 18th century, situated in quiet and panoramic location approx. 250 m above sea level. This property is part of a large 7-hectare farming estate comprising 2 independent villas (a short distance away from each other) and it is surrounded by woods and olive groves. Villa del Benessere has been recently and tastefully restored preserving its original architectural features such as the ancient terracotta-tiled floors, the beautiful beamed ceilings and has been turned into a welcoming country house. The interiors are tastefully furnished with antique pieces, ancient doors, paintings, Persian carpets.. The outside areas offer a nice 2500-square-meter garden and a beautiful infinity private pool set in panoramic location. The property location allows easy access to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the Versilia coastline area with large beaches, night-life and nice restaurants. A well-known architectural magazine, “Casa Antica” dedicated an article to this property.
