Villa Prestige is a historic residence with a swimming pool located in the countryside of Ostuni, in the heart of the Itria Valley, in Puglia. Perfectly nestled between tradition and modernity, the property is composed of two independent units: a villa with a contemporary design and a historic lamia, creating a unique balance between comfort and authenticity.
The villa can accommodate up to six people in its three bedrooms, with four bathrooms available.
It is possible to accommodate two additional guests (teens/children) upon request, at an additional cost.
The Villa is easily reachable by car and is about 13 min (6.8 km) from the historic center of Ostuni, about 14 min (8.7 km) from Carovigno, 29 min (31.5 km) from Fasano, 25 min (20 km) from Cisternino, 22 min (17.5 km) from the beaches of the Parco delle Dune Costiere (Adriatic Sea) and 60 min (53 km) from the beaches of Campomarino (Ionian Sea).

Beschrijving Interieur
Villa Prestige is located a few minutes from the town of Ostuni (Br), in the wonderful countryside of the Itria Valley.
The villa for rent is made up of the historic 4-cone Trullo and the more modern extension and can accommodate up to 6 people, in three bedrooms (divided into two units). The entrance with a living area and well-equipped kitchen complete the Villa for rent.
The entrance to the main body opens into the small living room with sofas, fireplace and TV.
The same divides the living area (continuing on the left) and the sleeping area (on the right).
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds that share a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and shower.
The double bedrooms are furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a bed with a wooden headboard, bedside tables and light points for reading.
The kitchen in the living area consists of a dining table (for six guests) and is furnished with a fridge/freezer, a
induction.
Still from the entrance, on the right, you can access the Trullo with the bedroom with a full bathroom which can also be used as a service bathroom in the living area or for the exclusive use of the bedroom.
Outside of Villa Prestige, you will have at your disposal a wonderful swimming pool with hot and cold showers and sun loungers, a barbecue, sun loungers and deck chairs. Both in the front and in a private position in the courtyard, two covered patios with tables and comfortable seats will be at your disposal.

Short-term tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely.
There are strict local laws on waste recycling, and improperly sorted waste will not be collected. After an initial warning, the property owner will be fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass in the appropriate recycling bins.
The short-term villa rental does not entitle guests to organize any kind of events at the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency, as specified in point 25 of the General Terms and Conditions. Use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
Provision of bed linen and towels upon arrival (face towel, body towel, bidet towel, pool towel, and shower mat per person).
During the high season, weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 7 nights) will primarily take place on Saturdays.
All travelers benefit from the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy, included with the 6% Agency Fee, covering cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance, and lost/damaged luggage, as well as the RARO CARE Service, which covers potential incidents at the property.
With the RARO CARE Service, you will be covered for damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.

Il nostro soggiorno in questa villa è stato semplicemente paradisiaco! Già all'arrivo siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza della casa e dell'intera struttura. L'interno è elegante e confortevole, l'area esterna con piscina e giardino è pittoresca. Particolarmente impressionante è stato il proprio uliveto direttamente sulla proprietà, oltre a alberi di limone e melograno – semplicemente fantastico! Abbiamo avuto l'intero alloggio tutto per noi e abbiamo potuto godere appieno della pace e della tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo eravamo a soli 7 minuti dalla bellissima Ostuni. Roberto era sempre disponibile, cordiale e incredibilmente disponibile. Questa esperienza è stata unica e ci torneremo sicuramente. Una raccomandazione assoluta a chiunque cerchi un posto speciale!

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa in Ostuni! The house was absolutely perfect. Beautifully maintained by Roberto and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, and there wasn’t a single thing missing.
A very special thank you to Roberto, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. His kindness and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable.

La posizione ci è stata fornita tramite coordinate
GPS, siamo stati accolti molto calorosamente da Roberto. L'accesso in auto avviene attraverso una strada sterrata, probabilmente piuttosto difficile con un'auto sportiva. C'era acqua minerale fresca in frigo e un cesto di benvenuto. La villa, le piscine e il giardino sono bellissimi e molto curati. Nel giardino crescono fichi, limoni, noci e melograni.
Un piccolo uliveto rende la proprietà perfetta.
Mancavano alcuni utensili da cucina, che Roberto ci ha portato immediatamente. Roberto ha anche pulito la piscina ogni giorno in modo affidabile e si è occupato dei rifiuti e della griglia.
Ogni 7 giorni i bagni venivano puliti, la biancheria cambiata e la villa veniva aspirata.
Tutto sommato una vacanza perfetta in un ambiente da sogno.

Splendida villa appena fuori Ostuni. Ottimo spazio e piscina e Roberto, il custode è stato superbo con aiuto, istruzioni e consigli.

Il nostro soggiorno a Villa Prestige è stato estremamente gradevole, una delle migliori sistemazioni in cui abbiamo avuto occasione di alloggiare negli ultimi anni. Da sottolineare in particolare l’accoglienza e l’assistenza prestate dal Sig. Roberto che con discrezione e competenza ci ha seguito per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno.
La villa si trova in posizione tranquilla e immersa nel verde di uno splendido uliveto. I due edifici sono circondati da un giardino ben curato e pieno di fiori e piante mediterranee.
Ostuni si trova a pochi minuti d’auto con tutti i servizi e un’ampia offerta di locali e negozi. Inoltre, a breve distanza, abbiamo frequentato alcune delle migliori spiagge del litorale.
A noi serviva una sistemazione con due unità indipendenti che ci ha permesso di tener conto delle necessità individuali. Sia la villa principale che la dependance sono arredate con gusto e attrezzate con tutto ciò che può servire a facilitare il soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli , in particolare da segnalare le camere da letto comode e spaziose come pure i servizi igienici.
Per chi ama dilettarsi con la buona cucina possiamo affermare che è estremamente gradevole trovare tutto il necessario e sorseggiare un calice di vino seduti sotto la splendida veranda.
Al ritorno dalla spiaggia o al mattino di buonora abbiamo avuto modo di rilassarci e rinfrescarci approfittando della piscina e della spa. La piscina viene pulita giornalmente con grande cura.
In conclusione Villa Prestige ha rispettato pienamente le nostre aspettative, e le ha anche superate!! La consigliamo vivamente a tutti coloro che ricercano una sistemazione di qualità.Zou u deze woning aanbevelen aan een vriend? Ja
