OVERVIEW Villa Lucci is a special villa for rent in Tuscany, Italy, with a beautiful heated pool and a stunning panoramic view: what our guests love most is our garden, as well as the veranda area, overlooking the valley and facing the old medieval village of Montecatini Alto. It is a perfect villa for a family, or for more families of friends who love to gather together : specially in the Alfresco area, when the sun sets, or when the sun rises, steps away from the kitchen (where they may have hired a private chef from us!), with chairs and pillows for everybody, feeling the atmosphere and the joy of being together. It is a perfect villa for a family, or for more families of friends who love to gather together : specially in the Alfresco area, when the sun sets, or when the sun rises, steps away from the kitchen (where they may have hired a private chef from us!), with chairs and pillows for everybody, feeling the atmosphere and the joy of being together. We call it our “alfresco” dining area, and it is a patio that can sit up to 12 people. The table is made of stone, and there is a BBQ, including armchairs and tables to chill out. It is the perfect location for summer breakfasts, for panoramic aperitives or for family dinners. Swimming Pool Our Swimming pool has been completely restored in 2020, and now features a modern heating system, available for our guests throughout the year. Its length is over 200 squared meters, 1.50mt tall at max, fully gated and safe for kids. Plenty of armchairs, chaise-longues and chairs are available at the pool level, including umbrellas. There are two changing rooms, three bathrooms and two showers in the service area, plus a small self catering bar with a fridge and ice maker for your refreshments. Table Tennis, barbecue and a huge tent to spend your day at the pool, with a full strength wifi signal in the whole area, free for our guests. There is no better place to work from holidays, to check your emails or businesses than doing it from such a pool! Park & Premises Upon the entrance a white road leads in front of the villa, where a parking lot is divided into the two sides of the entrance. More than 10 cars can easily park in rows up here, and more parking is available in the villa’s premises. The villa is sorrounded by a green park, with olive groves and green grass: like all the Tuscan hills you can walk around, watching your steps between the trees roots. Immersed in the Tuscan hills with olive trees, it offers a space for true relaxation just a short distance from the town of Montecatini Alto, and a few kilometers from the main places to visit in the area: Lucca, Florence, Pistoia, Siena, Vinci, Leonardo's land, and Collodi , land of Pinocchio. ACCOMODATION Alfresco is a six bedroom panoramic Villa, with over 400sq meters of internal areas available for our guests, rented in an exclusive use formula only. The property is fenced and gated, and the access road is a white road among the hills, designed by two rows of maritime pines, welcoming our guest into our parking and fountains promenade. Alfresco is developed on three levels: the entrance level, with a living area and some service spaces, and a bedroom area, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with private windows or covered terraces and patios. The First level, bedroom area, with three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private thub in its ensuite bathroom; The Entrance level, with a living space with fireplace, and three bedrooms, two of them sharing a private bathroom and one suite with private patio and entrance, and a double kingsize bed, ensuite. The ground level with our big & new kitchen, a living and game area, three bathrooms and a huge panoramic 150squared meters veranda, with tables and chairs, sorrounded by trees and lemon trees, directly accessible from the Alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley.

Palazzo Rosadi is een prachtig gerestaureerd historisch herenhuis uit 1785 dat al meer dan 200 jaar in het bezit is van de familie Rosadi. Het is een luxueus landhuis gelegen op een prachtige plek in de buurt van het dorpje Monterchi (vlakbij Arezzo) met 6 slaapkamers, 7 badkamers, tuin, een zwembad (12 x 6 m) dat door de zon verwarmd wordt en met een schitterend uitzicht. Voor de kinderen is er tafeltennis. TRANSFERS: BUSJE MET CHAUFFEUR IS MOGELIJK VAN EN NAAR DE VLIEGVELDEN VAN ROME, PERUGIA, FLORENCE, PISA, BOLOGNA en FORLI. Palazzo Rosadi was 200 jaar lang het huis van een boerenfamilie. Een van de charmes van een vakantie in Toscane is dat de meeste huizen een lange en interessante geschiedenis hebben. In 1889 kwam Francesco Rosadi met zijn familie in Ripoli wonen. Hij had een aantal landgoederen in de streek gekocht en Palazzo Rosadi was goed en centraal gelegen om vanuit daar alle andere boerderijen te beheren. Al in 1902 werd Palazzo Rosadi uitgebreid aangezien de familie inmiddels gegroeid was. Hiervoor werd gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van een plaatselijke artiest, ene Giangio uit Monterchi. Hij decoreerde het grootste gedeelte van de slaapkamers en de gangen. Tijdens de tweede wereldoorlog werd het huis gebruikt als schuilplaats voor de inwoners van Ripoli tijdens een bombardement door de Duitse troepen dat 2 weken duurde. In meer recente tijden werd het huis gebruikt als familiehuis en vanuit hier werd het omliggende land beheerd voor de landbouw. Vanaf het jaar 2000 is de familie Rosadi actief in het toerisme en hebben vele bezoekers uit de hele wereld hebben interessante en ontspannende vakanties doorgebracht in de villa. Begrasde paden door mooie bossen en het grote privé park (van 25 hectaren) dat om het huis heen ligt nodigen u uit tot ontspannende wandelingen of joggen. Het uitzicht is werkelijk schitterend, over kleine dorpen en stadjes op heuveltoppen met de Apennijnen op de achtergrond. De zeer goed verzorgde en onderhouden tuin ligt op 3 niveaus met het zwembad op het niveau onder het huis. Vanaf het geplaveide terras om het zwembad kunnen onze gasten genieten van een magnifiek uitzicht. Een voormalige stenen schuur is gerestaureerd en omgevormd tot een groot kleedhok met douche en WC voor bij het zwembad. Palazzo Rosadi is een luxueuze villa van hoog niveau zowel wat betreft de accommodatie als ook de faciliteiten. Het wordt direct beheerd door de eigenaren en in het geval van problemen zijn zij in 20 minuten bij de gasten. Zij heten u persoonlijk welkom, laten u het huis zien en helpen u verder met alles dat u nodig heeft. Het verschil tussen een huis dat direct door de eigenaren beheerd wordt en een huis dat beheerd wordt door iemand die in een ander land woont is enorm: Heeft u ooit na een lange reis een miezerig welkompakket aangetroffen ? Of een huis dat maar half schoon is ? Een slecht schoongemaakt zwembad? De meeste gasten van Palazzo Rosadi zijn gasten die elk jaar terugkomen ! Uw vakantie is onze eerste prioriteit.
