Caratterizzata da una spaziosa terrazza con vista mare e una zona pranzo completa di barbecue, la villa è arricchita da una piscina di acqua dolce che aggiunge prestigio alla residenza. Distribuita su due piani, il piano inferiore accoglie un ampio open space con un generoso salotto e una zona TV, arricchita da un suggestivo caminetto a gas. La moderna cucina attrezzata si trova sullo stesso piano, insieme a una camera con due letti singoli e bagno en suite con doccia. Completano questo livello un bagno di servizio e una zona lavanderia fornita di un secondo frigorifero.

Il piano inferiore, affacciato sulla piscina, ospita la prima zona notte, con una camera matrimoniale e una camera con letti gemelli, entrambe dotate di bagno privato con doccia. La seconda zona notte, situata al primo piano, accoglie due eleganti camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno en suite e doccia, oltre a una spaziosa terrazza panoramica attrezzata con salotto e vista mare. Sulla parte opposta della piscina, troviamo una dependance con una camera matrimoniale, angolo cottura, frigobar e bagno con doccia.

La seconda villa si presenta con una suggestiva veranda che offre una magnifica vista sul mare, una zona pranzo con barbecue e un ampio e panoramico soggiorno con TV. La lavanderia, dotata di lavatrice, completa i comfort di questa residenza.
