Extra (to be paid locally in cash):

Service fee for week € 190,00 (mandatory service - for convenience, it can be paid at the time of settlement)
Extra in case of lack of separate rubbish collection € 50,00
For stays longer than a week: energy/gas contribution € 10,00 per day (mandatory service)
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 5,00 per person per night up to a 10 night stay. Children up to 14 years, adults over 75 years of age old don’t pay (mandatory service)

Note: all extra services must be booked at least 1 month before the stay
Safety Deposit € 800 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before the time of check-in. The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.- Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings
It is possible to choose between two options:
1) Purchase a non-refundable insurance coverage for a total of € 158.00 with damage coverage up to € 3,000.00; or 2) Pay € 15.00 per person as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 200.00 and in addition issue a pre-authorization on a credit card upon arrival of € 1,000.00 as a refundable security deposit to cover damages over € 200.00. The refundable security deposit will be returned from 2 working days after check out once the condition of the property and its furnishings has been checked.

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 30% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (30% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
