Interior Description

Tenuta Petrose is an elegant Raro Villas, a prestigious villa for rent in the Apulian countryside, surrounded by rich vegetation that extends over the "stony", the typical limestone rocks visible on the ground. Tenuta Petrosa, is just a few minutes from the marvelous crystalline waters of Porto Cesareo and the famous towns of Ostuni and Taranto.

As soon as you arrive at Tenuta Petrose, you will be greeted by the magical contrasts created by the green of the climbing plants and the white of the structure alternating with local stone coverings.

Tenuta Petrose has 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The prestigious Villa is characterized by the main body with living room and kitchen, by the two bedrooms with private bathroom on the ground floor, by the first floor of the main body with a bedroom with bathroom with access both from the main body and from the outside and from the "casedda" in stone, a small loft with independent access, with living room, bedrooms with bathroom and from the dependance with the two bedrooms with an open view on the swimming pool.

All the interiors are equipped with split air conditioning and radiators for heating.

Outside you will find a living area and an external kitchen complete and equipped with hob and barbecue.

At the entrance you will be welcomed by a small living room with comfortable seats, a sofa and designer furniture placed in complete harmony with the style of the house; the entire perimeter of the entrance is characterized by large windows and a "marble effect" ceramic flooring that gives energy and continuity with the outside.

To the left of the entrance you will find the beautiful dining table in wood and glass, a unique piece of design; this part of the interior also has stained glass windows.

Continuing, you will find the kitchen equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and the dining table; this room also has large windows that allow the sun to enter and create magical plays of light.

On the right, however, you will find the living room of the prestigious villa, characterized by a comfortable bench upholstered with gray velvet fabric and cushions.

From the living area you can easily access the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

The first room has a comfortable double bed lying under a barrel vault and a private bathroom complete with window, bidet, toilet, sink and shower.

Continuing on the floor, you will find the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink; the room, which overlooks the living room, is characterized by neutral colors muted by the red of the decorations. If necessary, thanks to the presence of a connecting door, you can access the third bedroom on the first floor.

The third bedroom consists of a small entrance with a sofa and decorations that recall the Magna Graecia, the en-suite bathroom complete with shower, bidet, toilet, window and sink and after the small flight of stairs leads to the double bed. and to the small terrace of relevance.

Separate from the main building, but adjacent to it and with independent access, you will find the “Pagliaro”, a historic stone building from the 1700s, which, like a small loft, has an entrance furnished with a sofa, a sink and a mini-fridge. Metal stairs will lead you to a balcony connecting the double bed with the bright private bathroom thanks to the skylight complete with toilet, bidet, window, sink and shower.

Adjacent to the pool you will find the annex with the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the sixth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have sofas and small desks.

The Outside

Tenuta Petrose has spacious outdoor areas characterized by areas used for relaxation and fitness, all surrounded by the rich vegetation of olive trees and the shady area of the pine forest.

The marvelous swimming pool (12x6x1.4 m) with solarium and sun loungers, surrounded by olive trees and an English lawn expertly cared for down to the smallest detail. Access to the pool is via a 3 m wide staircase and a steel staircase at the bottom.

Service to the pool area you will find the outdoor showers and the complete bathroom of the annex.

Also externally and raised above the entire estate, there is the open covered patio used as a fitness / gym area furnished with massage bed, treadmill, benches, punching bag for your well-being.
