Travel Easy, the Policy included in every trip and issued by the company Allianz Worldwide Partners P&C SA solely and exclusively for bookings made from 13/05/2024 until 31/01/2026. For bookings from 01/02/2026, please consult the RaroCare page.
This is a service designed to protect you in the event of unforeseen events of various kinds that put you and your companions' health at risk during your trip with a comprehensive and effective personal care service, without exclusion for pre-existing/chronic conditions, and an assistance service for the vehicle as well.
In addition, the following coverages are provided:
- Reimbursement for baggage damage resulting from failure to return the baggage entrusted to the air carrier, theft or damage during transportation, according to the conditions and maximum amounts described in the policy.
- Advance for basic expenses for delayed baggage delivery, according to the conditions and maximum amounts described in the Policy
- Direct payment and reimbursement of medical, pharmaceutical and hospital expenses with maximums that change depending on the destination and treatment needed.
- Travel assistance, medical transportation from the place of the event to the nearest best-equipped medical center (in case of illness or injury), medical return following illness or injury while traveling, again according to the Policy conditions.
- Travel of a family member (or designated person) round trip joining the injured person and travel arrangements for minors (and/or dependents) in case the injured person cannot accompany them on the return trip, again according to Policy conditions.
- Search and rescue, in case of disappearance during the trip, with the limits provided in the Policy itself.
- Return of the insured convalescent, after an illness or injury that has prevented you from using the means/carrier originally planned for return from the trip.
- Expenses to cover forced extension of stay in case of illness or injury with the limits and conditions described in the Policy.
- Referral and retrieval of a medical specialist abroad after requesting a Medical Consultation from the Operations Center.
- Interpreter available in hospital facilities abroad in case of hospitalization and Reporting of legal counsel abroad (in case of arrest or risk of arrest).
- Advance of money to cover unforeseen expenses.
- Finding contact information for an attorney.
Regarding assistance and reimbursement for medical expenses, these are the maximum amounts provided:
- Assistance -> at actual cost
- Medical expenses Destination or Origin: Italy -> Maximum amount € 1,000
- Medical expenses Destination or Origin: Europe, Mediterranean, Egypt, Tunisia -> Maximum € 50,000
- Medical Expenses Destination or Origin: World -> Maximum € 150,000
In addition to all the coverages provided for the Travel Easy policy, you will have these exclusive benefits:
- Trip Cancellation or Modification: In the event of trip cancellation due to any of the 15 events listed in the Policy conditions, the Company will reimburse you for the penalty issued net of the overdraft provided and according to the conditions described in the policy itself.
- Maximum reimbursement limits for cancellation: € 15,000 per person - uncovered 20% to be paid by the insured (except in cases of hospitalization or death)
