La villa, immersa nella pace del grande parco di alberi secolari, dai suoi belvederi spazia sulle colline del Montalbano ricche di vigneti ed oliveti e sulle torri della fortezza di Serravalle. La piscina si trova a circa 150 mt. dalla villa con un orario di apertura dalle 10:00 alle 19:00. Villa "Querci", indipendente, ristrutturata nel 2005. A 7 km dal centro di Montecatini Terme, a 35 km dal centro di Lucca, a 44 km dal centro di Firenze, su una strada. Per uso privato: giardino 5'500 m2 (recintato), piscina (12 x 6 m, profondità 90 - 140 cm, disponibilità stagionale: 17.Mag. - 27.Set.). Doccia esterna, mobili da giardino, barbecue.
