De villa ligt in een rustig, groot park met eeuwenoude bomen en kijkt uit over de met olijfbomen en wijngaarden begroeide heuvels van de Montalbano en de vestingtorens van Serravalle. Het zwembad bevindt zich op ca 150 m van de villa en is geopend van 10.00 tot 19.00 uur.
