Interior Description

The architecture of the property is traditional Zakynthian, with stone interiors and a unique style made possible by large and bright spaces and elegant furnishings.
Villa Zacinto is surrounded by large doors/windows with sea views and overlooking the garden with private pool. To reach the entrance you will have to climb 5 steps and once inside you will find yourself in the living area. The large living room has a large sofa where you can relax as well as 2 armchairs, a large dining table, a fireplace and 3 large French doors with access to the veranda and a breathtaking view.


The kitchen, which overlooks the living room, is spacious and is equipped with a hob, sink, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, extractor and an island where you can have rich breakfasts or tasty aperitifs.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for 8 or more people.

The living room leads to the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms all on the same floor.

The first bedroom consists of a double bed (Queen Size) with 2 bedside tables and two light points. The whole room is illuminated by ceiling lights and has a window, air conditioning, a desk with an armchair and a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. There is also a television, a wardrobe and a mirror in the room.

The second bedroom, without en-suite bathroom, consists of a double bed (queen size), two bedside tables, ceiling lights, air conditioning, a desk with an armchair and a mirror, a television, a wardrobe and a French window with direct access to the garden.

The third and last bedroom has a queen-size bed with a comfortable headboard, a desk with an armchair, a wardrobe and a television. It also has two bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobes, a mirror in the room and an en-suite bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin.

The sofa in the living room is also a large sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people in this modern villa.
There is also a third, shared, larger bathroom in the living area.

The exterior

From the living room you have access to the veranda with a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the island of Marathonisi. At the foot of the veranda you will find a private swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden with various outdoor seating where you can enjoy the beautiful days.
