Booking a rental villa is very simple. Just follow these simple steps.
First of all, you will have to choose what kind of holiday you want to take: beach holiday, family holiday, romantic holiday, luxury holiday or villa holiday.
Immediately after, it is important to define the number of guests, the budget and the destination.
Once these characteristics have been established, you can start searching for the rental villa that suits your needs.

First, you will need to type the destination or the city, or, if you have clear ideas or already know us, you can search directly for the name of the rental villa.
You can choose, in this case on the rarovillas.com website, whether to enter the number of guests and the arrival and departure dates immediately or later.
The minimum rental period is one week (7 nights), usually from Saturday to Saturday. However, there are some properties that allow flexible arrival and departure dates and a minimum stay of less than 7 nights. The system will automatically allow these flexibilities or not.
After clicking on Search, a new screen will appear with a list of structures in line with your search.

Furthermore, you can choose between two options for accidental damage coverage to the property and/or furnishings.
You can purchase a damage coverage policy up to a total of €198.00 non-refundable with damage coverage up to €5,000.00;
or choose to pay €15.00 per person as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damage up to €200.00 and in addition provide a credit card pre-authorization upon arrival of €2,000.00 as a refundable security deposit to cover damage over €200.00.
The refundable security deposit will be returned starting from 2 working days after check-out once the condition of the property and its furnishings have been verified.

For all our villas, you have included in the rental price the final cleaning, initial linen for each paying guest, electricity, gas and water consumption.
Entry into the structure must necessarily take place after the completion of the sanitization by the staff in charge of this activity and therefore not before 5:00 PM. Check-in is carried out by one of our collaborators, in charge of welcoming you to the structure, with the covid regulations in force to ensure maximum safety.
