To see the historic center of Martina Franca where the local elements join the Baroque design, creating an elegant and artistic context with great masterpieces of art like the Basilica of San Martino and its collegiate church, the arcades and the finely worked arches. The historic center of Cisternino, with a more rustic appearance, is one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. The historic center of Locorotondo with the characteristic houses with a sloping roof covered with chiancarelle called cummerse. To visit these nearby towns, is a must. To see also the large coned Trulli, the farms, and taste the typical food and wine of this area. The living area, with barrel vaults and resined micro-cement flooring, consists of a living room with a sofa and an island kitchen with a dining table.
At the entrance there is the living room with sofa and the entertainment area with TV and library.
The kitchen is complete with a hob with gas stove, sink and preparation of dishes, microwave, electric oven, fridge and freezer with ice maker, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is complete with crockery, pots, dishes, glasses and numerous pantries.
Near the kitchen hob there is a dining table with chairs that can accommodate up to six guests.
At the two ends of the living area there are, respectively, on the front the patio with a sail and a view of the garden and the pool and on the rest the veranda with a dining table for six.
With independent entrance and from the living room, one enters the two twin bedrooms. Both are composed of two twin single beds (which can be joined together) to which the four cushions are placed, two bedside tables with a light point, a small window, the walk-in closet with curtain and floor lamp. Connected to them is the bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink with mirror and large shower. Both have patio doors to easily reach the private pool.
