All rooms have separate and independent entrances. The kitchen, with a dining room and living room, has two side entrances and separates the living area from the sleeping area with a sail-shaped pergola. The modern accessories and design continue through to the interiors.

The kitchen ideally positioned to maximize the interior and style with respect to the length, is equipped with a gas hob with extractor, electric oven, kettle, espresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, sink.
