Interior Description

Guests enter to the Villa Certosa through an electric gate located a few meters from the house. Passed six steps, there is a small veranda with the outdoor dining table and the relax area with comfortable sofas.

From the main French door, with single door and mosquito net, there will be a bright and habitable living room, furnished with a glass dining table for four diners, a sofa for two, a Smart TV and an elegant marble and wood fireplace.

The rooms are spacious and very bright, thanks to the light ceramic floors, with a wooden texture effect.

From the living room, on the left, there are two bedrooms and, on the right, there is the kitchen overlooking the garden.

One bedroom is equipped with a double bed with ottoman, chest of drawers, wardrobe and two bedside tables. It shares, with the bedroom with the two single beds, a bathroom complete with a shower, a double sink with mirror, toilet and bidet.

The adjacent bedroom has two single beds with a bedside table, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a pouf in the center. The windows are equipped with colored curtains that make the rooms welcoming and comfortable.

On the ground floor, there is also a kitchen complete with fridge / freezer, hob with stove and electric oven, a dishwasher, the espresso coffee machine with capsules (Lavazza), a sink and numerous shelves that contain dishes necessary for the maximum number of guests allowed in the villa.

On the lower floor, with access from the outside, there is an independent apartment equipped with a second complete kitchen, a third bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror).

The second kitchen has a double sink, electric hob with stove, fridge / freezer, electric oven and dishwasher. It is also equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for four diners and a small TV on the wall.

The villa for rent is powered by electricity, and is equipped with solar panels for the generation of hot water in the rooms on the ground floor and an electric warmer for hot water on the lower floor.

Air conditioning is present in all rooms on the ground floor of the house, it is not present on the lower floor (naturally cool).

The wi-fi allows a stable internet connection throughout the villa (ground floor, basement and poolside).
