Interior Description

A few steps from one of the symbolic places of the city of Ostuni, Piazza Della Libertà, where the Town Hall stands and from the spire of Sant'oronzo, in one of the main deviations you will see the characteristic Palazzo Lanza, a prestigious holiday home for rent for tourist stays in Puglia.

The entrance is through a wrought iron door, a flight of stairs introduces you to the main balcony with the entrance door to the house on the 1st floor.

The luxury home for rent can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with connected bathrooms arranged on several levels. Guests have access to a wonderful panoramic terrace with a swimming pool for exclusive use.

Palazzo Lanza is characterized by fine furnishings and finishes, such as marble and parquet flooring. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

After accessing you will find the dining room with the bathroom (complete) to welcome you, on the left the kitchen with the kitchenette (with two burners and induction hob, the coffee machine, the sink and a small table ), the loft with sofa and Smart TV with Sky and access to the master suite with double bed and TV, with an exposed bathtub and a bathroom complete with a large shower for two, sink, toilet and bidet. The Master suite has access to the balcony overlooking the historic centre.

From the dining room, a staircase of two flights leads to the second floor where there are the further three double bedrooms.

On the right, you will find the Deluxe Suite with a double bed, the TV, the circular bathtub, the exposed sink and the bathroom complete with a toilet, bidet and another sink behind the bed. A convenient coffee maker and kettle are available for the guest.

On the left, reentering the corridor, access the two junior suites.

Further stairs lead from the corridor to the panoramic terrace overlooking the historic centre of Ostuni with the swimming pool (for 4 people) for the exclusive use of guests.
