On the main level, you will find a double bedroom complete with a private shower, bidet, and WC, as well as direct access to the balcony. A second bedroom on this floor accommodates 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a bathroom featuring a bath, bidet, WC, a hydromassage bath, and a corner bath, with its own exit to the balcony. The main level also hosts a large open living room with panoramic windows and a wood-burning stove, opening onto the balcony, alongside a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining table that leads directly to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor, the villa offers 2 additional double bedrooms and a further room with 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
