Palazzo Contessa

Palazzo Contessa is a sailing ship on the water, an enchanting abode, a picture to be experienced. Every space overlooks the lake, with its large windows, like a mirror that enchants the eyes.
This exquisite abode accommodates 10 people: with a garden, terraces, solarium and spacious lounges.
There are sun loungers, deck chairs, two barbecue areas, three open-air dining areas, two dining rooms, two kitchens and three bathrooms. Facilities include wifi and washing machine.
Pets are welcome.

Interior Description

Palazzo Contessa was created to homage the Lake Maggiore, always and from every space. The large windows make the house a set of refined rooms, to be discovered and enjoyed. Its white and meastose façade stands out against a unique backdrop, between sky and water, between mountains and boats, and with nature as the protagonist of enchanting landscapes. Inside, this dwelling is structured on three levels. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, a relaxation area and a bathroom. Going down the large staircase made of masonry and wood, you enter an immense living area, consisting of a dining room and living room, from which you access the terrace, the authentic pearl of the house. From the terrace you can enjoy the view, have lunch, read a book or sunbathe. On the same floor there is a kitchen and a sleeping area, secluded and independent, with an attached bathroom. Going down one floor, with its own entrance guaranteeing maximum privacy, is the suite. This little love nest, also entirely overlooking the lake, consists of a kitchen with dining area, a quadruple bedroom (with a king-size double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom. The garden is structured on four levels, on two of which there are two barbecues, two dining areas and two terraces, ideal places for sunbathing and enjoying the view. The house also welcomes four-legged friends. Facilities include: two fully equipped kitchens (with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave) a washing machine, two TVs and unlimited wifi connection.
