Interior Description

Villa Desira is located in Meina, facing the most authentic blue of Lake Maggiore. Its location and the many comforts available make this house the ideal solution for a relaxing and fun stay. The house, which dominates the beach with landing of boats, offers an enchanting view: you can admire the lake from every room, with a 180 degree view. In the background, in addition to the stretch of water, you can also admire the Rocca di Angera, a reference point for romantics, and reachable in a few minutes by boat. This villa is surrounded by an exclusive garden, on several levels and cared for in every centimeter. The largest part of the garden is located between the dining area and the lake, strewn with grass, restful and at the same time energizing. The lower part of the garden, located in a raised position to guarantee the lake view from here, has a solarium area and a barbecue area. The house interiors are refined, essential and dynamic. The predominant color is white, which contrasts the color of the floor and rages a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind. On each floor there is a large terrace or a romantic balcony, with a direct view of the lake. The living room, deliberately devoid of paintings and other objects that could subtract attention, is equipped with an immense window overlooking the lake, which looks like a painting that changes its colors according to the time of day. On the living room floor, in addition to the terrace that flanks the house, there is also a double bedroom with bathroom. Going up one floor there is one of the other sleeping areas, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to the terrace. On the top floor, climbing another flight of stairs, there is the imperial suite with an en suite bathroom, fireplace, reading area, two balconies and three beds. Going down all the stairs, on the first level of the house, there is the kitchen, with the dining room overlooking the lake and the garden, and a bathroom (also equipped with a shower). Near the entrance gate there is a large garage for exclusive use. In front of the villa there is also a private parking area, also for exclusive use, with the possibility of parking up to 4 cars outdoors. At guests' disposal there is a complete domestic equipment, which includes: unlimited wifi connection, smart TV, washing machine. The maximum privacy of the guests is guaranteed by double glazed windows and hedges that surround the garden. Pets are welcome.
