On the ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed and a private shower and WC. The ground floor also hosts a spacious kitchen and living room fitted with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. On the upper floor, the first bedroom offers 1 double bed, a shower and WC, electric heating, and air conditioning. The second upper-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed and is also equipped with electric heating and air conditioning. The third upper-floor bedroom features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, a satellite TV, electric heating, and air conditioning. A shared shower and WC serves the remaining upper-floor bedrooms. Please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms, and when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

Reservation Policy
Local Policies
These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
