Villa Antares

The villa, located in the town of La Conia in the charming Gulf of Arzachena, offers a unique and refined environment. Its large garden borders directly on the sea, providing guests with direct access to the beach. The carefully tended garden is surrounded by verandas that allow guests to enjoy the outdoors.

The property is spread over two floors, offering on the first floor a spacious dining room of about 40 square meters. Here, sofas, stone fireplace, a large TV and a piano create a cozy atmosphere. From this room, there is access to a veranda furnished with a table, offering the opportunity to have lunch a few steps from the sea, as well as a relaxing corner with comfortable sofas.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, of which 2 double with private bathroom and shower, 1 double with private bathroom and bathtub, 1 twin bedroom with twin beds (convertible into double) with adjacent bathroom and without shower. On the ground floor, there is another double bedroom (separable beds) with private bathroom and shower. Also on the ground floor, there is a laundry room complete with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron, as well as a shower service.

The kitchen, equipped with an American type refrigerator with ice dispenser, large and small oven with microwave, dishwasher and all necessary equipment, overlooks a covered veranda with fireplace for the barbecue. A corridor with hallway leads to another covered veranda, ideal for breakfast, furnished with table and chairs.

The surrounding garden, extended on two levels and characterized by granite rocks, houses a variety of plants and flowers typical of the Mediterranean maquis. A lawn completes the environment, providing sunbeds and deckchairs for relaxation. A private gate allows direct access to the beach.

The services of the villa include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo with output for iPhone and iPod. There are also two bicycles for exploring the surroundings. The location in the Gulf of Arzachena offers the possibility to quickly reach, with a boat, the beautiful islands of the Maddalena archipelago.
