Villa Luce is a large villa for rent with sea view ideal for up to 8 people. The villa offers all the comforts for a totally relaxing holiday and provides many services on request.

The interior of the villa can be accessed through large windows that open into the living area.
During the day the whole living area is bright thanks to the presence of large windows. The living room has comfortable sofas, 2 ottomans, a satellite television, an ornamental fireplace and blue details that give character to this area. You can relax on one of the sofas in the living room of this villa with the rays of sunlight entering the house and with a view of the pool and not only that, also with a view of the sea.

The kitchen, divided from the living room by a door, is complete and equipped with a fridge with freezer, sink, hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a long worktop, dishwasher and blender. It will be possible, therefore, to cook any kind of meal for your summer dinners or lunches to be served in the dining area located outside.

Continuing on the same floor the villa has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

A spacious and romantic double bedroom has air conditioning, a soft light play thanks to the light coming in through the window, a windowed en-suite bathroom with shower, a large wardrobe with large mirror.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, a large French window with access to the garden and sea view, useful curtains to create privacy or for the night and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom also has two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, a large French window opening onto the garden and sea view, curtains to create privacy inside or perfect for those who prefer the dark when they wake up in the morning and finally an en-suite bathroom with shower.

A fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor.

This room also has 2 single beds, a window and a door allowing independent access.

In addition to the room, the lower floor houses a large gym with various weight machines, windows and mirrors. There is also a bathroom with shower serving the entire floor, a perfect place for children to play video games, a cinema room with big screen TV and a laundry room with washing machine, sink and iron.

The villa is equipped with all comforts and is perfect for everyone's needs, from adults to children.

EXTERIOR

The exterior of the villa is spacious, charming and brightly coloured thanks to the sun shining on Sardinia.

Villa Luce as seen from the outside is made of stone with wooden doors and sloping roofs typical of this area. In this way the roof creates shade around the whole villa, creating numerous spaces that can be lived in even during the hottest hours.

From the living room it is possible to access the outdoor dining area, under a veranda also equipped with a large barbecue and a pizza oven.

Both the courtyard and the garden are equipped with wicker sofas and armchairs, sun loungers by the pool and a beautiful sea view.

Villa Luce is about 30 m from the sea so you can easily choose whether to take a dip in the sea or a swim in the 100sqm swimming pool.

Outside the villa there is also a shower, a garage and a private parking.
