Villa Sea

Villa Sea, set on a single level, offers an exclusive private pool and breathtaking panoramic views. Located in the second row from the sea, it is surrounded by a private garden, ensuring an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility.

A reserved parking area leads to the entrance patio, where guests can enjoy an elegant outdoor dining space featuring a built-in stone barbecue and a solid yellow granite dining table with a stunning sea view.

From the patio, guests can either ascend to the rooftop sunbathing area—offering a spectacular panorama stretching from Corsica to Asinara—or step into the spacious double living room, which includes a secondary dining area, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The sea view extends from the living room to the front terrace with an infinity pool, seamlessly blending into the garden.

On either side of the living room, two expansive master bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and direct sea views. An additional third bedroom, slightly smaller in size, is equipped with a French pull-down bed and a private bathroom, offering extra accommodation flexibility. The villa also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large refrigerator and induction cooktop.

Unmatched privacy and security are ensured by the exclusive Portobello di Gallura residential park, where access is restricted to residents and accredited guests. A 24/7 security service guarantees a serene and private retreat.

The villa accommodates up to six guests, featuring two spacious bedrooms, an additional room, and three modern bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience.

Designed for year-round comfort, the air conditioning is available in the living room and the two main bedrooms, while the working fireplace adds a cozy touch during cooler months.

The spacious sea-view veranda is the heart of the villa, ideal for relaxation or outdoor dining, complemented by a private pool and a barbecue, perfect for enjoyable gatherings.

To enhance the guest experience, the villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and coffee machine. Additionally, a reserved parking space ensures maximum convenience throughout the stay.
