The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden and, in addition to an internal courtyard sheltered from the wind, has various terraces furnished with a dining table, lounge furniture, a bistro table and sun loungers. The house extends over 2 floors. The ground floor impresses with its open plan with living area with sofas and fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable benches and rustic kitchen dining table. A staircase leads upstairs into a large anteroom, equipped as a TV lounge and work area with flat screen TV, sofas and desk. The two spacious double bedrooms and the children's room can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. In addition, the double rooms have a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 additional children in the parents' room. The closest restaurant and shops are in San Marcello, 3 km away.
