What to Expect
This beautiful villa is located on top of a small hill among suggestive vineyards and enjoys breathtaking views on an untouched area with a natural reserve and overlooking the Tuscan coast up to the Giglio Island. The accommodation is split in 2 wings, independent and interconnecting, making it ideal for two families wanting to holiday together yet retaining their privacy. Both sitting rooms have huge sliding glass doors that can be kept opened to enhance a sense of continuity with the exterior. The bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, have direct access either to the garden or to the terraces. The pool area offers a covered pergola equipped with a built-in barbecue. A particular feature is the furnished covered terrace in front of the villa where is possible to eat outside enjoying the most fantastic sunsets over the sea.
When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the sea perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 14 people.
