Large and beautiful farmhouse dating back to the second half of the 18th century, situated in quiet and panoramic location approx. 250 m above sea level. This property is part of a large 7-hectare farming estate comprising 2 independent villas (a short distance away from each other) and it is surrounded by woods and olive groves. Villa del Benessere has been recently and tastefully restored preserving its original architectural features such as the ancient terracotta-tiled floors, the beautiful beamed ceilings and has been turned into a welcoming country house. The interiors are tastefully furnished with antique pieces, ancient doors, paintings, Persian carpets.. The outside areas offer a nice 2500-square-meter garden and a beautiful infinity private pool set in panoramic location. The property location allows easy access to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the Versilia coastline area with large beaches, night-life and nice restaurants. A well-known architectural magazine, “Casa Antica” dedicated an article to this property. At guests’ disposal: large, well-groomed garden with infinity private swimming-pool (16 x 8 m – depth from 1,4 m to 2,5 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10) with Jacuzzi area for 8 persons and upstream swimming, spacious solarium with sun-beds, tables, chairs and sun-umbrellas, large changing room with bathroom with 2 showers. Guests staying at the villa can also enjoy use of a small stone amphitheatre under the pool area and of a nice relaxing shaded area with barbecue. Four mountain bikes are available. Laundry (washing-machine, dryer, ironing facilities). The villa provides telephone, air-conditioning, WI-FI internet connection, satellite TV, alarm system, mosquito nets, safe and hairdryers (in all bathrooms). Parking for 4 cars within the grounds. OVERVIEW Villa Tiana is situated in the heart of Chianti. It is a small village by the incomparable beauty of the hilly countryside, but is also near the characteristic town of Radda. From the Villa it is easy to reach the art cities of Florence and Siena , as well as medieval villages, castles, churches, “badies” and monasteries, all of which make for a fantastic itinerary in an area dominated by vineyards and wineries, olive groves and woods. All this makes Chianti absolutely unique. The main attraction of the villa is it‟s medieval tower. The inside of the tower has been reconstructed and set up as a wine bar where the guests can relax with a drink whilst enjoying the magnificent countryside. The villa has a splendid heated pool with a gazebo from which you can enjoy the view and relax. The owners of the villa produce very good wine and offer the possibility of wine-tasting and visits to the winery. In the garden of the villa there is also a playground for children and a shady patio perfect for breakfast and meals in the open air. Amongst the other services offered by the villa is a wellequipped gymn and a wellness area with hydromassage and sauna where you can relax and spoil yourself.
