This level also features 3 bedrooms: the first is fitted with both a single bed and a double bed, the second with a French bed measuring 140 cm, and the third with 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms on this floor enjoy their own exit to the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven, and 2 bathrooms, each complete with a shower, bidet, and toilet, serve this level.

The upper floor offers an expansive living room with a Scandinavian wood stove and a double sofa bed, alongside a large dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, an additional Scandinavian wood stove, and a dining table. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR THIS SPECIFIC PROPERTY

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
