Large and beautiful farmhouse dating back to the second half of the 18th century, situated in quiet and panoramic location approx. 250 m above sea level. This property is part of a large 7-hectare farming estate comprising 2 independent villas (a short distance away from each other) and it is surrounded by woods and olive groves. Villa Rinascimento has been recently and tastefully restored preserving its original architectural features such as the ancient terracotta-tiled floors, the beautiful beamed ceilings and has been turned into a welcoming country house. The interiors are tastefully furnished with antique pieces, ancient doors, paintings, Persian carpets.. The villa provides large living areas and 2 well-stocked kitchen. The outside areas offer a nice 2000-square-meter garden and a beautiful infinity private pool in panoramic location surrounded by olive trees. The property location allows easy access to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the Versilia coastline area with large beaches, night-life and nice restaurants. Distances: Monsummano Terme with general stores 4 km away, Montecatini Terme 7 km, Golf (6 18-hole courses) 10 km away, Lucca 38 km, Pisa (airport), Florence and the coastline within 65 km, San Gimignano 70 km, Greve in Chianti 80 km away, Siena 120 km, Rome (airport) 350 km away. At guests’ disposal: large, well-groomed garden with infinity private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,35 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10) with Jacuzzi area and upstream swimming, spacious solarium with sun-beds, tables, chairs and sun-umbrellas, dressing room with bathroom with shower. Guests staying at the villa can also enjoy use of a nice furnished gazebo with barbecue and playground for children (swing and slide). Four mountain bikes are available. Laundry (washing-machine, dryer, ironing facilities). The villa provides telephone, air-conditioning, WI-FI internet connection, satellite TV, alarm system, mosquito nets, safe and hairdryers (in all bathrooms). Parking for 5 cars within the grounds. Additional services (to be requested at reservation and to be paid on site): 2 cots, 2 baby beds and 2 high-chairs (available free of charge). Free WI-FI internet connection. Maid service by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour). Linen and towel change (€ 130,- / per change). Chef service (prices on demand). Baby sitting service (€ 10,- / per hour). Chauffeur service available (with driver’s car € 40,- / per hour – with guests’ car € 20,- / per hour). Food shopping service (price on demand). Hair-dresser, massage service available by arrangement. Body-guard service available upon request.
