Villa Barbiano is a charming stone farmhouse with an annex, nestled in the greenery of Borgo Savignola, in the heart of the historic Savignola Paolina winery. The villa is surrounded by large panoramic terraces overlooking the private swimming pool. The property can accommodate up to eleven people: the main house can accommodate five guests, while the annex can accommodate six. Both units are independent and equipped with fully equipped kitchens, connected only from the outside. From the 2026 season, the property will also offer a pickleball court.
