From the house you can see the observation tower to the Montalbano hills with olive groves and vineyards and to the stronghold towers of Serravalle. The swimming pool is 150 m away, open from 10.00-19.00 hours. Villa "Querci", detached, renovated in 2005. 7 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 35 km from the centre of Lucca, 44 km from the centre of Firenze, located by a road.
