The property is made up of the main house, a guest house (approx.. 40 meters from the mail villa away) and a beautiful pool that looks out over the valley below with views as far as Lucca. Designed by the owners themselves (both are artists, architects and interior designers), the property is a unique building: constructed on a hill of marble, it offers bright interiors with beautiful panoramic views of Lucca. The roof of the main house can be opened to ventilate and cool down the entire building (thanks to a system of hydraulic pistons). The house's special large windows can be opened to unite the indoor and outdoor areas. The furnishing is modern and refined. The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods. Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters). Distances: Lucca with shops of all kinds 5 km away, Pisa 20 km, the Versilia area of the Tuscan coast (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta, etc.) is about 20 km away, Florence 80 km, the renowned Cinque Terre area is about 100 km away. At guests' disposal: outdoor space with pool for guests' exclusive use (about 70 m2, 26 x 5 m - depth 1,20 m - open from 01/06 to 30/09), relaxation area inside the pool, fitness area, ping pong table, barbecue.
